Southeast Portland Real Estate

Going east over the Hawthorne Bridge to the Southeast section of Portland. This gateway to SE Portland is the longest standing lift bridge in the US. Southeast Portland was the first suburbs for people working in downtown Portland. Mt. Tabor, Oaks Bottom and Sellwood are a few of the communites of this established suburban section of Portland. Many of the home in thes neighborhoods are older, built around 1920. Most are single family homes, although there are many conversions to duplexes and triplexes.

Head on over to Buckman, Laurelhurst and Ladd's Addition, or Buckman, Laurelhurst, Ladd's Addition, or Woodstock for new luxury homes. You won't find many condominiums or townhomes in the Southeast, although there are a few available. The Southeast has many outdoor spaces to enjoy nature: the rose gardens, Mount Tabor, and Laurelhurst Park.
